Directions to Central Registration

The Central Registration office is located at:
Washington Avenue School
220 Washington Avenue
Deer Park, New York 11729.

Heading South, from the LIE: take exit 52 Commack Road, south past the Tanger Outlets/Kohl’s shopping center to Suburban Avenue (USA gas station on corner).  Make a left turn onto Suburban Avenue and follow the street to the end.  Washington School is located at the end of the street. 

Heading North, from the Southern State Parkway: take exit 39 Deer Park Avenue North approximately 1 mile. Stay in your right lane and bear right for access onto Commack Road.  Take Commack Road approximately 1 mile north to Suburban Avenue (USA gas station on corner).  Make a right turn onto Suburban Avenue and follow the street to the end.  Washington School is located at the end of the street. 

Park in the front of the school and gain access to the building via the main entrance.  The Office of Central Registration is directly off of the main lobby.
