Principal's Message

Welcome to a new and exciting year at John Quincy Adams Primary School!

Each year, we continue to provide our Kindergarten through Second Grade students with a positive learning environment complete with opportunities for academic, social, and emotional growth and development. Each and every day the staff of John Quincy Adams strives, through our enriched curricula, to provide students with activities that will enable them to reach their individual potential, to assist them as they develop into responsible citizens, and to prepare them for success in our ever-changing and often challenging world.

Our collaborative involvement in the education of our children is a major factor and reliable predictor of their success. What an awesome responsibility for us all – parents, teachers, support staff, secretaries, custodians and administrators, alike. We encourage you to join committees, attend PTA meetings, volunteer for classroom activities, maintain frequent communication with your child’s teachers, and ask questions. The results promise to be rewarding for both you and your child.

The John Quincy Adams staff is dedicated to the success and well being of every one of its students, and we know that our school-to-home partnership is the vehicle through which we can strengthen our commitment.
