Two groups of musicians from Robert Frost Middle School – the band, directed by Michael Livorno, and the chamber choir, directed by Grace Donofrio – participated in the Music in the Parks music competition, held on June 1 at Dorney Park. Both ensembles received a rating of “Excellent” in their respective categories. The groups also received the Esprit de Coeur Trophy, which is given to the school that most exhibits pride, spirit, enthusiasm, friendliness, camaraderie and unity of purpose during the day of competition.

“Mrs. Donofrio and I would like to thank the students, parents, chaperones and staff involved for a wonderful day filled with music and fun,” Livorno said.
